At Black Ivory Dobermans, we require all prospective buyers of our puppies to complete the following application. By providing this information, we are able to learn more about you, your family, and your puppy rearing practices. Most importantly, this questionnaire allows us to determine if we are a good breeder-owner match and if our puppies are what you are looking for in a new family member!
